2) About our site & enquiries

This website showcases mini excavators and related accessories. Online forms are for enquiries only. Quotes, availability, pricing, specifications and delivery are confirmed directly with you and may vary by model and timing.

3) Quotes, pricing & orders

• Quotes are indicative and valid for [14] days unless stated otherwise.
• An order is only accepted once confirmed by us in writing (e.g., pro-forma / tax invoice) and, where required, deposit/payment is received.
• Currency is ZAR unless stated otherwise. Pricing may exclude delivery, fitment, accessories, duties or taxes unless specified.

4) Delivery, risk & ownership

• We can arrange delivery nationwide. Lead times depend on stock and shipping schedules.
• Risk passes on delivery/collection as agreed; ownership passes on full payment.

5) Specifications & accessories

Specifications are based on supplier materials and may change. Accessories and attachments are sold separately unless expressly included. Always confirm compatibility for your intended use.

6) Returns & cancellations

As machines are business-use products and may be built or allocated to order, returns/cancellations are subject to our written agreement and may incur reasonable costs. This does not affect any rights you may have under South African law.

7) Warranty & after-sales

Manufacturer warranty terms apply where provided by the supplier. We will assist in facilitating reasonable warranty claims and parts sourcing in line with supplier policies. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper maintenance, or wear-and-tear items.

8) Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, images, layouts) is owned by LuxLoaders or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use content without prior written permission.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or use automated scraping/crawling without consent.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxLoaders will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
